Between the Serra de Tramuntana and the beaches of northern Mallorca

The house is in a small residential area near Campanet, with no traffic noise and the Serra de Tramuntana straight ahead. The mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a popular base for hiking and road cycling in spring and autumn. A car is needed.

Frequently asked questions

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is self-service from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. The day before arrival you will receive directions and your access code.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel up to 14 days before arrival. Between 14 and 7 days before, 50% of the nights are refunded. With less than 7 days there is no refund.

Is the pool heated or fenced?

No. The pool is unheated and unfenced and is about 2.3 m deep at its deepest point, so children must be supervised at all times.

Do I need a car?

Yes. Campanet is 5 minutes away by car and the beaches of Alcúdia 19. There is private parking for two cars within the grounds.

Is the house accessible?

The house is on one level, but there are steps and changes of level on the plot: it is not wheelchair accessible.

What are the house rules?

Maximum six guests. No parties or events, no smoking inside, and quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
